Nhek Chantrea is managing & founding partners of HBC law Firm.
Nhek is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. With an established reputation as one of the country's leading disputes lawyers, he was instrumental in establishing the National Commercial Arbitration Centre of Cambodia (NCAC). He recently completed his mandate as the centre's President. For over two decades, he has advised on transactions, high-profile disputes and legislative drafting.
